I found Lara and Sarah on Instagram after my first birth (which I did with NO doula support). Just from their online presence, I knew I wanted them for my next pregnancy/birth. Meeting them in person just solidified these feelings and I am so glad I found them. I cannot recommend Dynamic Doulas highly enough. Lara was vital in ensuring I had the birth I wanted. She provided the best care I've ever received. She was by my side for 24 hours and spoon fed me chili while I held my new baby. She was a great support to my husband, making sure he ate and took breaks, so that he could be there for me as well. I would recommend Dynamic Doulas over and over again! When I found out I was pregnant the only goal I had was to essentially “survive” and hopefully avoid any birth trauma. Hiring a doula ended up being the best thing I could have ever done. I am so grateful that we hired Sarah to be our doula because she had such a positive impact on my experience giving birth for the first time. I loved my birth, and want to have the same birth 10 times over. My husband and I took their birth education course, and were blown away with the content shared.
