We gave birth to our precious boy a week ago. Tasha was our doula, and we just wanted to extend our deepest gratitude for her support throughout the entire -long- labour. I found Lara and Sarah on Instagram after my first birth (which I did with NO doula support). Just from their online presence, I knew I wanted them for my next pregnancy/birth. Meeting them in person just solidified these feelings and I am so glad I found them. I cannot recommend Dynamic Doulas highly enough. Lara was vital in ensuring I had the birth I wanted. She provided the best care I've ever received. She was by my side for 24 hours and spoon fed me chili while I held my new baby. She was a great support to my husband, making sure he ate and took breaks, so that he could be there for me as well. I would recommend Dynamic Doulas over and over again! When I found out I was pregnant the only goal I had was to essentially “survive” and hopefully avoid any birth trauma. Hiring a doula ended up being the best thing I could have ever done.
