The team did phenomenal with my diesel truck. I brought it in as I stupidly put gas in it instead of diesel. They not only didn’t make me feel stupid about it but said they would do everything they could to fix the issue with the least amount of cost, and that’s exactly what they did. They communicated the entire time about the process and prepared me for the worst case scenario which thankfully wasn’t needed. They more than earned my business and I will not be taking my truck anywhere else.
Team members were very helpful and informative about my truck issues. They made room to fit me in as soon as possible. Very satisfied with the service.
Work on the truck was great ,the open and close times are great for there private business but not for customer pick up or delivery.
We brought a recently purchased old IDI to Dynamic for a diagnostic. Not only was the team at Dynamic very thorough. But honest as well. We only had some of the repairs that it needed done at that time and the communication and service was extremely satisfying.
Mitch and the guys understood what issues we had going on with the truck. They got us in quickly and resolved the problems so we could get our truck back to work. Really appreciate the service they provided.
