We were referred to Western Dynamic by a Denver dealer for problem that no one could fix. Every RV dealership we went to wanted to replace our roof AC. Tom checked it out and all it needed was some tape replaced at the air box to stop it from icing up. Took him 15 minutes. He was really busy and said no problem no charge. We were impressed. We have since sent friends to them with refrigerator problems in their RV and he fixed a problem that had been plaguing them for years and no dealers could fix. A real RV hero.

Told me on the phone it would cost $350 to have my ac unit fixed on my Coachmen RV. When I got there he told me he could repair my unit and had to install a used one and total cost was $683, said if I didnt like it, he could remove it and put my old none working ac back on. He is a total rip off jerk and will screw you over anyway he can. I dont know how jerks like him stay in business!!

this guy had contractors build his shop and he ripped off all or most of us, but waited until he could get his cert. of occ. there are plenty of folks who would love to see him in a dark alley

I brought a camper heater to him on a Tuesday. He said he'd test it on Thursday. I was selling the camper and let him know I was trying to get it back as soon as possible. I called him mid morning Thursday and he said he wouldnt get to it until the afternoon. I called and left a message Friday morning and had to call again Friday afternoon.
