The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating from the moment I walked in. They made me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout my visit. The attention to detail during my cleaning was excellent, you can tell they really care about doing a thorough job. Went from 5 stars to 1 star today. 😢 To say as soon as we called that there was an $80 cancelation fee over the fact that we couldn't get out of our driveway on time because of the snow was silly. You lost 2 regular customers. Hope it was worth the $80. I paid it because I did not see your email until after. I did reach out and apologized and you said you would rather part ways because I wrote this review. I can find another place and rest easy knowing I don't owe you anything in fees.
I am living in Fredericton for school and have seen Chantal Nielsen at Dynamic Dental the last two winters for teeth cleanings. Both times Chantal did a very thorough job and was extremely personable - I highly recommend Dynamic Dental!!
