Bad news!! Company's subcontractors worked up to 3/4 of project and then abandoned it. Took the 3rd payment and vanished. A lot of mistakes; deck wasn't squared, code violations, and more. Has 5 tax warrants from state of Kansas, pending law suit, owes several lumber companies, and almost lost his house due to not paying local taxes. Don't believe anything that comes from Adam Griest.
