Hector does phenomenal work, he got me to meet and surpass my goals!
This place is the absolute best. Hector is so invested in making sure you get the best possible workout. I broke my foot in December and he has modified my workouts to fit my situation until I heal. I haven’t missed a workout ♀️. I highly recommend this place to anyone! It is such a welcoming and supportive community. I am so glad I joined!
This place has been nothing but amazing for my 3 kids. Hector prepared my 15 yo daughter for school soccer after being out for 4 months with a concussion. In three weeks he had my girl back out on the field like it never happened. Place is so clean. Hector has a lot of knowledge and makes it fun for them. They look forward to going each week. Cant recommend this place enough.
