I have been seeing Kristen for OT in the RVC office for the past 6 months. From the time I first met her for evaluation of my left wrist, she was professional and very caring while going through therapy routines. She was always concerned whether you were experiencing pain or having problems completing the exercises. I would recommend her highly to anyone that needs OT.

Horrible experience. Went twice. They pay no attention to you. 10 workers just talking about the music. Then they stick with with some person to call which I had no use for then tried to charge me for it. Gave me an app that was also useless. Overbooked. Watched patients looking around lost while doing excercizes because no one is with them. Really terrible. They are still trying to charge me. I have written to the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT GO HERE! -1 start
