I had an incredible experience at Metro PT. I came for pelvic floor therapy after having twins back in February. I saw Jade for about 4 months and she was instrumental in helping me to slowly rebuild and strengthen my core. She was a pleasure to work with - so friendly, kind, and understanding. She gave me numerous exercises and workout plans that I could continue to do at home even after my time at Metro ended. I can't recommend Jade and the rest of the staff enough! What a great experience i had at Metro, all the staff is friendly, they make you feel comfortable every time. The place is clean street parking easy access and they also have parking in the back of the building. Love this place.
I tore my right shoulder rotator cuff tendons and had surgery repairing the tendons. After the surgery I was send to a physical therapy for recovery with specific shoulder exercises to regain my shoulder strength and mobility. I was in so much pain and was not able to move my right arm at all and was in a sling for 6 weeks. I schedule an appointment at Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy in Rockville Center for recovery. Great experience at Metro! I’ve been here ever since I had my second knee surgery, the PT’s are nothing but friendly & caring. I’ve made some good progress since I got injured thanks to Mitt, Taylor & Dan! They made me feel welcome & comfortable right from the very beginning. They’re very flexible with appointments and they always remind me I can always reach out if I need anything.
