I just completed 4 months of physical therapy at Metro in Rockville Centre, after total hip replacement and I am feeling great. I was treated by Mit and occasionally saw Taylor both who were caring and knowledgeable. Ty and Joell were both helpful at explaining what I needed to do. Scheduling appointments was easy as they were very accommodating. I highly recommend Metro.
I have been going to this location for awhile now and I have to say the staff is the very best everyone is so welcoming, very polite, caring ,and really takes timewith each client that he or she is working with ,there's not enough words to describe the staff I have the pleasure of working very well my therapists Taylor, Khalil, Kristen im not very good with remembering names but the outermost praise belongs to the entire staff.❤❤
Very efficiently run service. Well-trained, friendly PTs and staff. Personalized attention. Thank you!
Kristen is the best! She is very friendly and good at her job. By the time I was finished my broken finger was back to 100%. I will miss coming here twice a week.
All staff are amazing they are kind. Taylor was amazing therapist you can tell that she really cares about you and your progress. I highly recommend her if you need a therapist.
