Company has a few men who use the N word in a disrepectful manner. My brother worked there and was choked by his crew member. Their policy says that calls for immediate termination but i stead of firing the aggressor they fired my brother. He was literally choked by another man at work and the so called Christian Boss of his, Israel, fired my brother instead.
