Not a great experience. Called the day before and made arrangements to drop off my computer to be looked at. He set an hour window for me to drop it off. Was there within the time frame and entered the shop to find no one. Per the sign on the door I rang the bell, waited 5 minutes, rang it again, wait 5 more minutes, picked up my computer and left. May be a great guy and probably does wonderful work! Just not for me. Wish him the best in his business!
Very helpful. He was able to get my chromebook working like new. Super nice too!
