Excellent service
A technician came to my place to see what was wrong with my AC. He noted the problem and said he had to order a part and that he’d give me a call to arrange a second visit. Never hear from him again. I called them 3 weeks later and left voicemails- still no response. Completely unreliable.

Dan and his team are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They installed our AC last Summer and have been maintaining it every since. We had a small issue with our unit this season, and Dan did not hesitate to send his team as many times as it took to identify and resolve the issue, all at their own expense.
