Went to dynamic Chiro a while back with high hopes that I’d finally get help with my injury and get back to the sports I loved. I even had aspirations to complete a fire academy. I felt really discouraged leaving the office, and was told I’d be better off just doing machines at catalyst rather than functional training like CrossFit. I feel like my situation should have been handled differently.
