I go see Alex for massage quite regularly. I work in trades so my body is constantly put through the wringer and she’s always able to help get things moving properly again. She’s also very helpful with specific stretches that would help the current problem. I would recommend her to anyone !

Our whole family has been going to Dynamic Chiro since it has opened its location and we absolutely love it! Dr. Lama is amazing —super professional but also really friendly, and always explains what is being done. Dr. Lama has a great deal of experience in chiropractic and acupuncture which I strongly benefited going through shoulder and quad injuries.
