Waited for 2 hrs for a scheduled appointment. When its a colonscopy and you have been fasting for over 40 hours and are tired and weak and still dont take you on time....its beyond unimaginable

I had a very positive experience at Castlemore Endoscopy. The entire staff was incredibly kind, professional, and supportive. They made my procedure feel comfortable and stress-free from start to finish. From the front desk team to the medical staff, everyone was welcoming and attentive. I am writing this review to bring a concerning experience to the attention of the management at Castlemore Endoscopy. While medical facilities are expected to be environments of professionalism and equity, my recent interaction with a staff member named Randeep Cheema was neither. During my visit, I was told by Randeep to stop using my phone. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Due to my grandmother’s health condition, I visited so many medical clinics with her but the quality care we got from this clinic is something I never experienced before. At first, my grandmother was very scared and had so many questions. I thought I might be bothering them, but every time I called or asked something, the receptionists were so kind and patient.
