While doing research regarding the reroofing of my house, I was introduced to Charles and like a number of other contractors, he made a proposal. With careful scrutiny, I was convinced he was the right choice. I witnessed genuine integrity, knowledge and skill, and timeliness in providing a quality produce fitting for the job at hand with a fair and reasonable price and schedule.
My driveway was cracked and moving around and it was time to replace. Charles stopped by and we discussed the project. Some suggestions of how to proceed from Charles and a bid shortly after. The roofing crew performed an outstanding job. One day to remove old shingles, replace two areas of decking and install a new GAF Timberline HDZ system.
Charles was professional, he addressed all our questions in a timely manner and was flexible with making changes. The restroom exceeded our expectations.
