Been going here for 2 years since moving to the Charlotte area. Whenever I have a problem they are the first people I call. They explain the issues to the customer so that you understand why something is needed and how it can be fixed. They are always reachable and get work done in a timely manner. Dave and Mike are exceptional at what they do. My 2007 Lexus RX 350 had a complex wiring issue and they were very diligent in fixing the issue. They have expertise in Lexus and Toyota in particular. Their pricing was very reasonable as well. I would recommend them to anyone.
