Dynamic Auto Works is exactly the type of mechanics' shop that you want to use. I've been using Dynamic Auto Works since early 2024 for all maintenance, from oil changes to 100,000 mile work. Mike at Dynamic Auto Works is excellent; he gives it to you straight, including telling you when it's not worth it to spend the money and when it is. Mike and Dave are amazing! As a 20 something girl who just moved to Charlotte I was struggling to find a shop where I could feel confident I would get honest work done on my car, and I found the right place. They explained everything in detail that needed to be done on my car (new alternator, sensors in my engine, ect.) and did it for a great price! I would recommend this shop to anyone, definitely come here!

I am from out of town, blew a tire in my 2023 Audi S5. I was 2 miles from the shop so I limped it over there hoping they could fix it. Turns out I ran into the nicest most helpful people while on this trip. The owner went out of his way to help me. Went and got a rare tire that no one ever carries and mounted and balanced it was done in an hour. These people single handedly saved my trip and had great conversation with them the entire time. After just leaving home, the skid plate under my car came lose, and folded on itself. Not being able to get under the vehicle to remove it, it became a driving hazard and impossible to remove. This was the nearest auto shop, and two mechanics heard me coming and quickly jumped to my aid. They quickly jacked up the car and removed the plate with ease and I was on my way. Huge thank you to Dynamic Auto Works!
