I use them to keep my 2000 Taurus station wagon on the road. They've always been easy to work with and bend over backwards for me. Last night a funky shaped radiator hose split, and today they were able to get me the part and get me back on the road within an hour at a reasonable price. Al and his team are great people.
Place is terrible, took my car here with battery problems and they tripped my security system and couldn't bypass it so they charged ME $400 for something THEY did, I do not recommend this place at all.
Always seen the place when u went to get my car washed but never tried them until I had car leaks. They are very very nice great customer service they are considerate and they are not high like the dealership. I only went to the dealership and they was going to charge me 1,200 for my leaks but I was only charged less than half the price. They took me under my car before and after they fixed my car. So I was at Dynamic five times in a week for unrelated issues... Let's just say my car wasn't doing so hot. They are very up front about the work that they do. On multiple occasions they pulled me back, so I could actually see what they were talking about, about what needed to be replaced and why. I also saw them do this with their other customers, so I know it's not just me. They shop prices for parts, so you know that you really are getting the best deal possible. My wife's car overheated while she was going to my sons doctor appointment in Southfield so she took it to the closest auto shop near her on 12 mile in Berkley dynamic auto service and she asked the guy on the front desk if he can check her car so she can get to the doctor office before they close the manager over there Allen he asked his tec to check her car right away after the diagnostic they found the coolant fan wasn't working and the fuse for the fan was blown that's why the car went overheated they put new fuse and th... read more
