Not your typical review, but I was originally supposed to purchase an engine from them for my M5 and the deal ended up falling through. Vince was great to deal with throughout the process. I had already paid for the engine, but later learned it had been listed incorrectly. They mailed me a refund cheque, which took a little longer than expected, but it did arrive and cleared without issue. Every time I called, they gave me honest updates and communicated well.
