that john is rude and mean. I had a problem with my windshield and he blamed it on me, saying he doesn't know what goes on where I live. also told me that for the price I paid he WASN'T coming back to fix it. Terrible terrible person.
Called Tracey and was able to set up the technician to come where I live. Waited all day with not even a phone call that they were delayed!!! Called Tracey to complain he gave me the number for John (shop manager) he never answered! I told Tracey this is Unexceptionable, he apologized but it doesn’t take back my day spent idol!! Wouldn’t recommend them EVER!!!!
Dynamic Auto Glass has been the preferred vendor for my insurance agency for over 5 years. They have fixed over 100 windshields for my clients. Scheduling is super easy and the quality of work has been great. Very few minor complaints which were all handled in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend Dynamic Auto Glass.

Used this company 3 times and would of used it again if not for the rude, combative, lying jerk John. This guy was rude from the start of this transaction, threatening to leave if I wasn't at my office when he got there (even tho we had a scheduled time, and I arrived 15 minutes before he did) so the call to my assistant was pointless.
