Dr. Garg and his team are first class! I’m on my way to recovery and hope to be completely pain free within the next month or so. After dealing with pain and injury for 4 years, I’m a realist. I don’t expect a quick fix but this journey has continued to make me stronger and I hope to be 100% soon. I had PRP/Stem Cell injection, Shockwave and EMTT so it’s hard to pinpoint the most effective or helpful. Highly recommend!

Dr. Garg and the team are the best! I came to Dynamic Athlete for further advice after being advised that I needed a full knee replacement. Dr. Garg identified the actual source of my problem at my SI joint, and performed both stem cell and PRP treatments. He also treated my hamstring and knee, and now I am pain free, strong, climbing again and ready for ski season. Surgery on my knee would not have solved my problems.
