As a midwife, I knew how important it was to keep active during pregnancy. So as soon as I fell pregnant myself, I was on the hunt for activities that I could safely and comfortably continue throughout my whole pregnancy. I can’t recommend Dynamic Aquanatal more highly! It truly became the highlight of my week. Not only did it keep me safely active throughout my pregnancy, but it also gave me the space to be mindful and focus on both my body and my growing baby. Amy is incredibly knowledgeable and reassuring, ensuring that every exercise meets the needs of each participant, no matter where they are in their pregnancy journey. My favourite time of the week while I was pregnant was Aquanatal with Amy! I started towards the end of my second trimester and I wish I started sooner. Amy is an amazing instructor, extremely knowledgeable and very welcoming. Aquanatal is a great way to meet other mumma’s who are going through the same experience as you. I highly recommend Aquanatal with Amy there is so many benefits and I’m so glad this was a part of my pregnancy journey.
Aquanatal is a beautiful way to relieve stress and get abit of exercise for you and your baby. Amy is a wonderful instructor providing exercises which are both strengthing and calming. It's super lovely being in a supportive environment with other women at different stages of their pregnancy and as first time mum, its been super insightful. Highly recommend Amy and here classes.
Aquanatal was a fantastic way to exercise especially in the later stages of pregnancy. Amy was an amazing instructor and very knowledgeable about all things exercise and pregnancy. Aquanatal helped with all aches and pains related to pregnancy and generally just felt good to work out with the support of the water. I look forward to booking classes again during my postpartum recovery.
