My massage with McKenzie was a great experience! She creates a calm, welcoming environment and approaches her work with clear intention and care. Throughout the session, she was attentive and intuitive, making the massage feel thoughtful and well-tailored rather than routine. I appreciated how grounded and confident she is in her craft. It made it easy to fully relax and trust the process. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed, and I'll absolutely be returning.
I completed the 10 series with McKenzie. The series highlighted the areas of my body along with the integrated connections. McKenzie is very knowledgeable, confident in applying the Rolfing skills uniquely to my body, and committed to giving clients the best sessions and guidance. She explains things in a way that was easy for me to connect to myself, my body and my experience. I highly recommend!
McKenzie is one of those body workers who is well trained, intelligent, insightful, intuitive and completely capable. Five years ago, I lost my ability to walk. I went to dozens of holistic practitioners and western medical doctors. Several of them helped me get to a point of functioning. McKenzie has lifted that bar to thriving. Whether you have an injury to heal or simply want to love your life more, absolutely everyone would benefit from doing a 10 series with such a wonderful practitioner.
