False advertising – It would have been a satisfactory service as the service rep. had been professional, as well as follow up w/ a call prior to getting service and repair person showing up promptly on time. I had actually chosen to get service w/ DAR through a promotion they're having, a $25 off any repair. Dynamic Appliance Repair – Well I am a little late with this review, but once again Dynamic Appliance came through for me a second time. Coincidentally about two weeks after they were at my house, I had another appliance issue. Just like the first time, they arrived when they said they would. The phone rep was extremely pleasant. They made me so happy! – I was despondent when I had a problem with my Wolf range on Dec. 30. and could not find anyone to help me. All of the local appliance repair places I called did not work on Wolf and the outfit that Wolf customer service referred me to was closed for the week. Dynamic Appliance Repair works hard to satisfy folks!! – Syrqa complains about her tenants treatment. The Super called and told us the tenant had a non-working A/C. We contacted the tenant to set up an appt date. She informed us her A/C was not working, that squirrels were living in it and that the tenant below her was complaining about the squirrels dropping food onto her awning below! We suggested an exterminator but she told us an exterminator said she needed a screen replaced on the A/C that the squirrels had knocked off... read more
Horrible Customer Service – Horrible repair establishment. Cancelled two appointments at the last minute after my tenant waited for them for hours. No reason for the cancellations were given. Do not patronize this establishment.
