Recently, our a/c quit working. I searched for the problem (breaker, condensate pump, control panel, etc) but wasn`t able to find it. I called Dynamic Air in the morning, and they were there a few hours later. Our tech was Danny. He began methodically troubleshooting and found the problem quickly. I had inadvertently shut off an emergency cut-off switch while trying to turn out a light in my storage area (they were very close). Being proactive, we hired Steve to come out to check over our HVAC system and clean out our dryer vent. Steve was extremely responsive, organized, honest and fair. Thanks to all at Dynamic Air. Appreciate the customer service, knowledge and organized office staff. We have found our go to for our HVAC needs!
Steve and his crew responded to an HVAC issue we were having within a reasonable amount of time, once there the crew treated our home with respect and neatness. Found the issue gave me a few options with different budget end points. No pressure at all with the options once we picked the way we wanted to go the crew had us up and going quickly and felt like a fairly reasonable cost.
