They were professional.
Have been using this company for past 5 years. Provide a fine service and technicians are friendly, but provide the bare minimum for a $200+ a year contract. I two incidents over that time when my alarm and light came on shortly after they were out to check the system. The first time I paid to have them come back out. The second time they were incredibly unprofessional and rude when I asked for them to just come troubleshoot. Would have gladly paid for a service if it was required. Was just looking for some help. Excellent Service, I Asked The Service Guy A Couple Question About The Septic System And He Explained Everything. Also Reccomended That If I Experienced Any Problems To Call The Office And They Would Send A Service Tech Out. On Time & Excellent Service! Thank You!
