RecommendedMike came out here tonight and fixed a mistake from another company. He was helpful, knowledgeable, patient and he figured out the problem right away!!! I am leaving the other company and only using Dynamerican!!! Thank you Mike!!!
Poor quality and poor response time. I wouldn't recommend using them unless you want a short job to take a month for full completion.
I contacted them to come service a rental that they were at three weeks ago for the same drain clog. They advised me that they would charge me overtime rates because they are busy with scheduled service calls, even though I called at 9am. I asked for a supervisor and they refused to get one to talk to me. Extremely poor customer service! Do not use!
Sales manager will not call me back after multiple messages over the last 4 weeks. Job is half done. Dug up our drain line and left a big hole in our yard.
