Excellent service and very, very professional when conducting installation in my home. I would highly recommend.
As with most technology, on rare occasion our panel experienced a malfunction. When I called, the receptionist quickly accessed my problem, and had a specialist call me back within 30 minutes. A technician was offered to come out same day. Our tech, Wesley Lee, was prompt (on the dot), professional, courteous, and even calmed our barking dog.
