My wife was told they were going to call her when she could come in for her blood work, and, after 2 HOURS of waiting for a call, we went in only to learn they had never even put her on the list and it would be another hour and a half wait. What a horrible place.
Very poorly managed and staffed company! The wait hour for booker appointment lab is unbelievable!!! Management better do something before they are in trouble 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼.
I go to the lab at gulf canada square calgary as close to where I work. I have been there 4 times in the last 6 months and always book an apt. however always wait 1hr and half, Attended there this morning for an apt which was time sensitive as the doc wanted blood work done before 10am and that didn't happen. People were frustrated that had apts. and left. I would have but my blood work results were needed for my doc apt. next week. Something has to be done!!!!!! Enough is enough.
