I came here to get my blood work done, and the experience was disappointing. The staff were cold hearted and impatient, when I asked about the fees and insurance, simply replying "You have to pay it," without any explanation... On the top of that, the phlebotomist was so unprofessional that my arm hurt and felt weak for over three days.
Waited over an hour past scheduled appointment time to be seen.
Had an appointment scheduled for 1:40, I was seen and all done by 1:55. The nurses and all the staff were very friendly and they knew what they were doing. My veins are very tiny and difficult to get into, it usually takes most doctors or nurses 3-4 attempts. The one here got it on the first try.
Located from the cbi entrance second floor. Kinda hard to find
extremely slow service, strange for an appointment only location... waited upwards of 40 minutes past my appointment time.
