The customer service was disappointing, and the wait time was excessively long. In fact, it was nearly double what was initially quoted at the front desk.
No appointment for an X-ray. I think I was in and out in 20 minutes. No paperwork to fill out or extra waiting.
Do NOT book an appointment here if their main number screeches a fax line at you. It means they aren't answering thier phones. Booked an appointment this morning and showed up 20 minutes early. Wait times are well over an hour from appointment times. If you're short staffed, why don't you remove the available booking times? I feel sorry for anyone booking right now, I'll still be here when they arrive. This is the angriest waiting room I've ever been in.
