Brought my sample to the lab and it simply was not analyzed! I called a week after and lady on the phone said it must have been thrown out and to get a new prescription and bring a new sample to the lab!!! That means going back to family doctor, going to the lab twice to get the container and then bring it back to the lab! How irresponsible the lab! What if my life depended on their prompt analysis!!! Dissatisfied with service!
Generally no one likes getting blood work. There are always waits. It’s a thankless job. I want to share my experience which was overwhelming positive. I forgot my requisition form. My mistake. They gave me an email to send it to. After a short wait my 2 year old son and I saw a nurse. She couldn’t find a vein on my som and instead of poking and guessing she asked for help. I didn’t get her name but she was excellent. She called in a more experienced nurse named Eduardo. And they work for 30+ mins trying o find a vein. Event... read more
They don't seem to understand what an appointment is! I waited 55 and went in 50 minutes late minutes while they took walk in patients in front of me and all others waiting for booked appointments. Very poorly run facility.
Always pleasant.
Worst place I’ve ever been to in my life. Customer service is horrendous.
