Theresa runs a very efficient and competent service--so unlike the typically large, overcrowded, cold, and impersonal labs. The aesthetic environment she helped to create is pleasant and welcoming--again, so unlike the dull gray-on-gray facilities everywhere else. This is a truly unique lab where you will be greeted warmly and treated in a timely manner with genuine care and professional attention. Kudos to Theresa for offering an exceptionally friendly and pleasant experience for all who attend.
The lone woman running this lab was exceptional, running off her feet but still super friendly, outgoing and professional. She desperately needs an assistant to run the desk as she was struggling to keep up with demand between the paperwork and the actual bloods and ecg’s. It’s appalling that she is expected to work alone not just for the sheer workload but also from the security of person aspect.
