When I was shopping for a new mower, I wanted to support my local business instead of one of the big box stores, so gave Dynahoe Power a try. Knowledgeable staff and very friendly. There were no pressure sales tactics when I was shopping. When I purchased the mower, (50" Toro TimeCutter with the MyRide system, which is incredible, by the way!) they delivered it the following day. I called to find a possible used engine and parts for a recent purchase. I was cut off from the begining and again when I started to ask another question. This guy must have more business than he needs or.....is just a rude individual to start with! By the way, I gave him 2 stars because he answered the second number I called and its a Sat morning and I'm feeling generous.
