This place seems like an amazing job until you realize just how bad it is. 5 days a week with 2 mandatory saturdays, 3 mandatory if the month has 5 saturdays in it. That would be fine, I'd they compensated you with actual paid time off (pto) or longer holidays/more holidays. Balance the off time. Yeah, they don't. You'll spend 85% of your time here or sleeping. Be cautious if your African American, thinking of working for this company located in Blum as soon as you enter there’s a confederate flag, not mention an employee stopped at the gas station and was called racial slurs and followed to work. Point system sucks they wouldn’t even care if your mom was dying they still point you if you can’t make it in.
DynaEnergetics is a great place to work. They do a lot for their employees and continually work on improvements. They have a cafeteria and subsidize part of the cost of lunch. Where can you get a home cooked style meal for about $4. That is a huge benefit to the employees.
This company suspended me three months ago, keeping me on the back burner and not letting me know anything work Six days a week, one day, not fair to the employees at all
I really wanted to give this place 3 stars but i will give it 5. HR is great, i personally had no problems with them. Management as individuals were good (i mean, they're people and overall they were nice). The facility is obviously nice, clean, and you gotta appreciate that they at least were considerate to offer onsite food which btw was really good.
