I've enjoyed my time here at Dynacon as senior engineer. The staff we've built is knowledgeable and experienced. The work culture we've built is safety conscious and cohesive. Efforts are approached as a team, with everyone doing their part to make projects a success. Since I've started about a year ago, management has made efforts to improve efficiency and has hired people that are a good fit for their roles. I look forward to growing with the company.

Management is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful and all of the production team, welders, and warehouse folks are great people. There's been a hugely positive shift in the company culture in the past year and it's obvious that this company truly cares about their employees. Overall, it's a great place to work!
Good place to work but when you have a warehouse worker and inventory supervisor as room mates it's hard to get anything accomplished. No sense of communication,work ethic and people act like to answer emails and not wanna do the physical work just take credit off of others work.
