The staff are all very warm. Excellent service. They make sure you are all good before and after taking the test. All Filipino staffs reminds me how dedicated they take care of patients.❤️❤️❤️
Very disappointing experience. I came with a doctor’s requisition. On the website it says that walk-ins are allowed, but I was told to go outside and make an appointment online.Staff said I could be contagious and asked me to leave the building. At that moment the temperature was −36°C (extreme cold warning).Because of the cold, my phone battery dropped from 43% to 5% within a few minutes while I was trying to book an appointment outside. I recently had my wife’s lab tests done at Dynacare, and I wanted to share our experience. Unfortunately, the phlebotomist who drew the blood caused significant discomfort. My wife experienced pain in her arm, and the area became sore afterward. We’ve had lab tests done before without any issues, so this was quite unexpected. We’d appreciate it if Dynacare could look into this matter and ensure better care in the future.
Some Dynacare services are highly time-sensitive and limited to specific locations, yet their communication is extremely poor. I was given inconsistent and incorrect information about where and when a required test could be completed. Because of this, I arrived outside an unexpectedly strict acceptance window and was not accommodated - even though the issue stemmed from their own lack of clarity.
