I’m extremely disappointed with the experience my wife had at Dynacare. The staff attempted to draw her blood four separate times and were unsuccessful. Instead of handling the situation professionally and carefully, it felt like they were repeatedly inserting and removing the needle with no proper technique or concern for her comfort. As a result, she was left with visible bruising and unnecessary pain, which is completely unacceptable for a routine blood test.
