Staff is rude , my results were lost . My doctor never recieved them. Calling is impossible noone answers the phone.

I’ve been coming to this lab for several years as I require consistent testing. The ladies here are very friendly and professional; this lab is run very well. I recommended this lab to my friends and family.
The staff there is very impolite and rude.
All I can say is wow. So kind. So patient respectful. I showed up 24 minutes after closing. Tech was leaving. I asked her please. She took me with a smile. Amazing. Highly recommend. Not my first time here. Every time they step up.
