I have to give a huge shoutout to "Rhea"! I have rolling veins that often require multiple pokes, which always makes me anxious about getting blood drawn. Rhea, was an absolute professional. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and put me at ease right away. Most importantly, she managed to get my blood on the very first try! I almost cheered out loud.
