I sat on my experience for a long time (probably well over a year now) without posting anything, but after seeing others similar experiences, I will throw mine out there. I still think about it once in a while and it really bothers me. I don't like to make waves, I don't berate people at their jobs and I certainly don't instigate fights or talk down to people. Says appointment only...wow the lab is always empty.so why cant they take walk ins....and if not why even open..guy is always sitting at desk doing nothing..dynacare is the worse service..

This place used to be great before Dynacare took over. Been trying to book a quick lab work appointment for 2 months. Like stories below, online booking shows 0 available time slots, despite logging on multiple times over the past 2 months to check for future dates, as * should * show 3 weeks out. They won't let you book in person either. Where are the appointments? What is going on?

I have been trying for a week to book appt online or by phone without success. I am a senior. I walked in to ask the best way to book and the receptionist with red beard and bald head about 35 yrs old was at front desk and there nobody in waiting room. He was very abrupt and cold and just told me to use walk ins or try booking after mid nite. Just so sad this generation does not care.
