Waited 2.5 hours for blood work. Worst service and longer wait times
Easy to use and great staff. New apts come up at midnight and had mine booked in under a minute. Yes, there is a high demand but it is possible to book an appointment. Calm, quiet location with very helpful and patient staff. *Please note for other locations: no one is making you sit there, wait (and complain). Once checked in (online or in person) you are free to leave- run an errands, take your dog for a walk, enjoy life :)
I sat on my experience for a long time (probably well over a year now) without posting anything, but after seeing others similar experiences, I will throw mine out there. I still think about it once in a while and it really bothers me. I don't like to make waves, I don't berate people at their jobs and I certainly don't instigate fights or talk down to people. Well, I will try to make this short as I can... I had an appointment for 1 pm, got there 10 minutes early. Lab is completely shut down and I can't see a single person ... read more
Says appointment only...wow the lab is always empty.so why cant they take walk ins....and if not why even open..guy is always sitting at desk doing nothing..dynacare is the worse service..
