They have wait list screen live time but they dnt go by order they have been calling names who are below me when I asked they said we are looking for ur test just lame excuses. It is so frustrating I was first one who came for test but they have been calling other people.

The wait time online is a lie. I had 15 min wait time shown online then 60 min when I got there 5 min later. Your test results are behind a paywall. You cannot access your results via IH portal. This private company should not be allowed to gate keep personal information for profits.
Estimated wait list time is terrible. Online it showed 65 minutes when I first joined, waited over 2 hours!!
