Estimated wait list time is terrible. Online it showed 65 minutes when I first joined, waited over 2 hours!!
Staff members don’t care. There waitlist doesn’t work. Don’t leave and come back. You will miss your name and they will waste more of your time. I came in with 20 minutes left till I was supposed to be called. Been waiting for over 3 hours now. Such a joke
after a doctor recommendation, I showed up at 3pm on a Thursday and it happened to be about 30mins.
I was just there at Plaza 33 It is closed today, says on line It is open till 4:30 sure be nice if status was posted online. So why is it closed today ???
This place is a joke, elderly and families left waiting for over 30 mins to stand in line. A simple blood test is an ordeal, if I actually felt unwell I would not be able to withstand this torture. Why on earth they can't have a booking system is beyond me. Absolutely embarrassing element of the health system. Maybe bring is back under public control rather than trying to save money by privatizing it.
