Truly shocking how poorly the receptionists can speak and treat its clientele. Yes, long wait times are frustrating for all but a short “hello, thanks for waiting” would go a long way. Instead, you’re met with unfriendly and unaccommodating staff who seem to go out of their way to turn away as many people as possible. Can’t get an appointment online EVER. Walk in is a joke. Line ups out the door. No place for feeble seniors to sit in the long line. And when you finally get to the end of the line- they turn you away! This is so bad for our entire health care system, because if you can’t get labs done in the community- people go to ER for help and they’re already overwhelmed. Such a shameful organization. Not the techs fault- it’s the company. Historically setting the record for worst service in Canada.
