If you enjoy waiting in line for hours, this is the place for you. Trying to contact the billing department is just as frustrating—they don’t seem to answer the phone, and there’s no voicemail to leave a message. From start to finish, the entire experience has been disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this location based on the customer service alone.
Today I showed up at 7:30 AM and only had to wait 30 minutes for blood work. The techs were professional and very helpful. They even have a screen that tracks individual wait times. What a turnaround compared with 6 months ago.
If you want to wait in a line for hours this is the place for you.

The stuff they are perfectly lovely. The one staff member that helped me today did seem short tempered and like They did not want to be there. I’ve had my blood taken a lot over my 43 years of life due to health issues and I’ve never left in so much pain like I did today and the well that is on my arm is the size of a quarter and is a pretty big lump in size.
