Can’t get an appointment online EVER. Walk in is a joke. Line ups out the door. No place for feeble seniors to sit in the long line. And when you finally get to the end of the line- they turn you away! This is so bad for our entire health care system, because if you can get labs done in the community- people go to ER for help and they’re already overwhelmed. Such a shameful organization. Not the techs fault- it’s the company. Historically setting the record for worst service in Canada.
I never had such a great experience at this dynacare. Manik was so helpful and took time to answer to my questions and explained me everything clearly
Friday: Well today they turned me away at 3 PM. How could BC Internal Health give a monopoly for Kelowna area blood work to a US Mega Corp that can't hire techs because it only pays minimum wage plus 10%! Tuesday: What a different a few days make. Today I showed up at 10 AM and only had to wait 50 minutes for blood work. The techs were professional and very helpful. They even have a screen that tracks individual wait times. What a turnaround.
Was turned away a few times which I understand they can only take on people for so long before they have to close. The last time I came in more than 1/2 hour before close. And was told they stopped taking patients after 3:30 (it wasn’t even 3:30 yet) then when I asked if there was an app to check in with they informed me there was. The overall attitude and lack of support or direction from the staff here is simply just rude and a little u professional
