Very slow and painful service. No sense of urgency or efficiency, especially since DynaCare took over. Ridiculous wait times, regardless of what day of the week or time of day you go. Their hours are extremely counterproductive to anyone who works a standard job. They've even been further reducing their hours every few months (from 6pm, to 5pm, to 4:30pm)! If you arrive at 3, prepare to waste an hour and a half waiting only to be told to go home since they won't see you.

Literally the SLOWEST lab I have ever been to. Avoid this place like the plague. Go anywhere else.

I recently attended the Leon lab for blood work. The patient volume was being very well managed. The Patient Ambassador- Manik was doing a great job. Shannon effectively focused on data entry. The lab was clean and organized. The co-op student Jeeva, was just fabulous with my collection. She was successful on the first attempt and followed protocol to the letter. This demonstration of progressive improvement made for a perfect experience. In and out in 20 mins!
