I showed up 15min before my appointment..was asked for my drivers licence, and was told I would get it back after the drug test. After i was finished, lady at the front desk was gone. was told by another different lady at front desk. Your licence is not here..come back tomorrow..I explained to her how important it is to have my drivers licence.. I called dynacare next day, explained my story to him..He could find my drivers licence,,so I had to report it lost/stolen to service ontario and pay $35.00 for a new drivers licence
There was minimal wait when I went first thing in the morning when they opened, but they did not have the equipment necessary to complete NIPT. I had to go somewhere else for this. They did not give me the code to be able to access my blood work online and you cannot get this over the phone, so I had to go back there just to get a code, which was very inconvenient.
