They have now twice lost the swabs that I brought in as part of routine lab-work, so I was unable to get my complete testing. How does something like that just go missing? I would avoid this place as it is obviously unorganized and they don't take the proper care to handle sensitive materials properly. Very unprofessional.
I had an excellent experience at this Dynacare location. The clinic was clean, well organized, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. I would especially like to thank William Tan for his outstanding service. He was incredibly patient, professional, and caring throughout my visit. William is very skillful and knowledgeable. We had a great experience with him.
Only 1 star as the man who works there is quite rude. He hung up on me as I was speaking; then when it was my turn, didnt even tell me which room, just pointed with his head and said "over there". Most disrespectful worker ever. Will never go back.
Disgusting customer service, tried to charge me $200 to get my bloodwork done here as I didn’t have my physical card, only a photo however was still valid. Took my req and was taken elsewhere with no problems. Will NEVER return here
