Disgusting customer service, tried to charge me $200 to get my bloodwork done here as I didn’t have my physical card, only a photo however was still valid. Took my req and was taken elsewhere with no problems. Will NEVER return here
Can never get a hold if staff on the phone. Sent my results to the wrong place.
Marivic and the other staff who assisted me were very kind, gentle, and quick. I always go to that place.
Service was vastly better when this Dynacare lab was still located up the street at 414 Victoria Avenue North. When I visit the new location, it's as though the front desk person is also the lab tech, or they are extremely short staffed (but this is each time) and the wait times are so much longer than they were in the old location.
I am giving this location 1 star because of the state of the bathroom. I had to visit for bloodwork and urinalysis. The bathroom was discusting, and the cleaning schedule posted on the bathroom door showed it had not been cleaned for 6 days. There was lots of noticeable urine, and poop on the edge of the toilet. For a medical facility, this is completely unacceptable.
