I had a wonderful experience at this lab. The lab technician was very caring of my situation as I needed testing done for a serious medical condition ASAP and went to Penticton lab not knowing I needed an appointment (Penticton , Vernon and Kelowna main land are the only labs that will draw blood for the test I needed). I drove from Peachland and was so devastated when I saw the sign as I walked into the lab that said this lab is by appointment only. Making appointment for a blood test glis getting too complicated. Tried to get an appointment for my annual blood test, a1c and it doesn't matter what I do, it has become too difficult to get the appointment done. My doctor sent a demand to get other tests done, which is for allergies, but I can't get that one done. The website is too difficult to get an appointment on now.
Staff are always friendly and so helpful!
