Always professional. Always on time. Excellent service.
I have always used this lab and love the staff and how quickly you get in etc. Recently though I had blood work done here and then a week later at the hospital, Dynacare labs showed that I was diabetic but the hospital lab showed that I was not! Plus two other of their tests showed high and the hospital showed within range. I have heard that their equipment is out of calibration, this is serious!! I have tried phoning the lab to discuss this but you can not get through, I have also heard that they are understaffed.
Im a big baby when I get bloodwork done. I went last week and Colleen (I think?) was the one who performed it, and she couldnt have been sweeter. This was my first positive experience getting bloodwork done and Im super grateful.
