First time going, walk in no appointment, gave papers and had my blood drawn within 15 min, fast professional and nice people definitely be going there now for blood work
incompetent, arrogant, unprofessional and disrespectful staff here, blood work never gets done properly or forwarded to the dr. not sure what kind of scam center they are running but this place is extremely poorly managed.
I was there with my daughter on 13 November she was so anxious with the blood test, the tech was amazing, but when I went for results at my dr office the results were lost so she had to do it all over again:(
I’m very disappointed with the Dynacare system. The staff at the location were good and professional, but the overall system is extremely slow and inefficient. It has been 15 days and I still haven’t received my test results. There is no proper update, they don’t answer calls or emails even,and the delay is unacceptable—especially when results are important for health or work. Dynacare really needs to improve their processing times and communication. I have to call family doctor to get another test sheet .
The technician today (06Oct) was kind and efficient. She was on her own, managing a full waiting room. She was knowledgeable and compassionate for a first time visitor who was undergoing bloodwork and a diagnostic test. We appreciated her attention, kudos to her so sorry I didn’t take down her name.
