Very frustrating today after going to this lab for 3 years and having to argue with a newer receptionist about picking up a 24 hour urine collection jug. She finally called another staff member so I could explain and the explained to her what needs to be done. There was only 3 people waiting and I waited 40 mins just to get the jug so I could take it home to do the test. Un compañero tuvo una experiencia bastante agradable ya que él no hablaba inglés y ahí la recepcionista Cristina y suzzete le dieron un trato muy amable y sobre todo en español lo cual fue mucho más sencillo que le sacaran sangre para los análisis, 10/10

Well for one Joelle always is so kind. She remembers you which is so refreshing, makes great conversation to help make getting your blood drawn a less painful and nauseating experience. She always has a smile on her face and seems to really love her job. Suzette is phenomenal at her job. She is quick and painless.
