On three separate occasions, I have attempted to contact the clinic by phone, and my calls have gone unanswered. During my most recent attempt, I remained on the line and allowed the phone to ring for four minutes before the call was abruptly terminated. As a patient, it is incredibly difficult to coordinate care when communication is entirely unavailable. Fast service with a smile. I felt listened to, cared for and confident in the staffs ability to use protocol for specimen collection and appreciated the clear and direct instructions that i was given as well as the opportunity to take part in decision making during the process. I also acknowledge the clean, well kept work area and enjoyed conversation and quick service.
