The receptionists are so rude and yelling at people
Line is always long. Workers are nice. And no bruising after test is always good
I called to ask about ECG testing, but the staff member was rude and hung up on me in the middle of my question. I was just trying to understand the process. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and disrespectful, especially for a healthcare service.
Online check in and booking appointment don't work, and they don't answer the phone call. I think I should try walk-in.
