The front desk reception is very rude. Not allow testing even before close.
I understand that this clinic is busy but that's no reason for staff (particularly front desk) to speak rudely to almost all of their patients. During my visit today, I was told to finish my glucose drink within 5mins max, which I did. The staff then asked me to hurry up and sit down as I will be staying here for an hour. I complied. After 7mins, the staff LOUDLY told me, in front of everybody, why I hadn't informed him that I already finished. Of course, I didnt know I had to let him know. most idiotic ai phone, also stuff sucks
We had the worst experience at this lab. The staff were extremely rude, unprofessional, and showed absolutely no empathy toward patients. Instead of caring for people, they only rigidly stick to their Operating Procedures without any flexibility or human consideration. Their attitude made it clear that patients’ needs mean nothing to them. Because of this, we had no choice but to leave and go to another lab nearby, where we were treated with respect and care.
