I had a great experience at Dynacare thanks to Nahima. She was extremely professional, kind, and skilled. Drawing blood is usually difficult for me, and during my previous visit another staff member had to try twice without success before using a butterfly needle. This time, Nahima used a butterfly needle from the start and drew my blood successfully on the very first attempt. I barely felt any pain and didn't even realize the blood draw was finished. I go for routine blood tests and will personally ask for Shirley, even if it increases my wait time. She's very gentle with the needle and will swap out blood tubes without me feeling it (I only know it's happening because I can hear it click while I look away). She's highly skilled and I never bruise afterwards. She's also very friendly and understanding of my fear of needles. I can't praise her enough. Thank you for another painless blood draw 😄
