I had a very positive experience here. The environment was clean, organized, and comfortable, which made me feel at ease. The front desk staff were friendly, patient, and efficient throughout the process. The gentleman who performed the blood draw was very professional and skilled. It’s like a 23minute wait. Busier in the day than evenings.
I was met by a staff, called May, at 7:00 am on May 6, 2026 at the Unionville lab. She was so considerate and polite. Although I had a little document problem, she helped to solve it fast. She is nice to the clients and does her job fast and well. Thank you May for your hard working.
I walked into Dynacare Unionville at 7am on Saturday Apr.25, 2026 for blood work. There were more than 10 patients lining up ahead of me. I was attended to and had my blood work done by 7:25 am. What an efficient clinic! I always had problem with blood work due to invisible narrow vein on both arms. I always had severe bruises due to many trys to find my vein. Nurse Ann was very good: only one prick and my blood work was done. No bruises! It really made my weekend. Kowtow to the staff at Dynacare Unionville.
Got conflicting messages about my place in line, went back to clarify, and was met with raised voices and poor communication. Very unprofessional experience.
