Absolutely horrible experience at Dynacare. Their online check-in system is misleading. I was texted that I was second in line, but when I arrived I still had to check in and wait another 20+ minutes. They took my referral, entered all my information, and only when I was finally called told me they couldn’t see me because the referral was over six months old. Very slow
Absolutely horrible experience at Dynacare. Their online check-in system is misleading. The service is fast and staff are professional.
The wait time is horrendous almost 2 hours and still waiting. They should hire more staff desperately needed. Adhoc mtgs with staff delays affect the wait times as well. When asked, I was told that they are all on break. It is suggested that they have rotating breaks which will not affect the waiting patients. It is very frustrating and this place needs change. The experienced staff here have retired or left and it makes the situation worse.
