I arrived to the clinic at 0745. There were at least 10 people ahead of me, which is to be expected. The wait could range between 30 mins to 2 hours. There were two women working at the front desk, one who I noticed was speaking rudely to an elderly person in the waiting room. Definitely both parties were at fault here… but I believe your front desk employees should be retrained in professional conduct and adequate bedside manner under stressful situations. The staff members Janet tonge, Fameedah and Thelma are outstanding professionals who are also very kind and supportive. I could not reach Dynacare over the phone to get any information, so I had to go in person—only to be sent away because the staff clearly lacked knowledge about their own services. I went to Dynacare for my daughter’s lactose intolerance test, which my family doctor clearly identified as a hydrogen breath test.
