This is the worst blood lab that I have ever visited and I visit a lot of labs. They are unbelievably slow. Why are the same staff checking people in and taking blood???? This location is always so inefficient that it is ridiculous. I am so disappointed. Most of the time all the staff are at the front desk and no one is servicing patients. When I arrived the clinic have only 2 paytients and Iam on my waiting list 7 minutes during waiting and I asked the nurse to make sure to sent the blood test results to my family doctor also I have writen down the address and phone number then I continuing to wait then it’s my name turn then she take some one came after me 10 minutes ago I said it’s name turn how rude and raced she is I always came here to do blood test but ever happened like this even they are many people waiting . Horrible place. Just for attendant to notice a patient took 15 minutes. Not even looking at the details of your requisition form just throws you in a waiting line for 65 minutes and more with other 30 patients. The place is filthy and stuffy. I can only imagine what kind of care they provide
I took my 18mo baby to this location for blood work. Fahmeeda was amazing; even though my baby started crying, she remained calm, keeping the situation light and with a smile on her face and talking to me through the whole thing. She never got nervous or upset that he was crying, she tried to calm him down, taking in a gentle and upbeat way.
