Parking machine is broken, whether you're there for 5 minutes 15, or all day they'll try to charge you the full $34. Wait for it... After you already paid for your time. Be careful when you leave. And there is on-site attendants so make a fuss. There are plenty of other places nearby to park, or the bus from St Lawrence West, gets you 100m from the door. This idea of paying downtown waterfront parking rates to access this place is disgusting. What the hell's wrong with you?!

Quick and easy checking in. My lab tech Nargis did a great job. The whole process start to finish was about 30 minutes.
They had a lot of backlog i guess. Were asked to wait 20-30 minutes past our appointment time. the most experienced employee there caused us so much pain. She was surely very fast, but i could tell she pushed the injection way too in, not only both of us(i and wife) got huge blood clot, we cant even fold or open the hand. And by looking at the size and pain i can tell this is going to last for 2-3 atleast. Not going there again.
Staffs are very friendly and nice.
