Confused and overworked staff! Lots of mobility challenged people slowing down testing!
Staff really cares. A relative's blood work showed dangerous levels and they called the doctor. This is next level care and responsible conduct. We are very grateful!
So efficient, so welcoming. Some staff keep you laughing hard while you check in snd do bloodeork. And truly compassionate when needed. Use their new check in. No wait time then.
Get there by 7am and you'll be the first one when they open at 7:30.
My daughter is very high anxiety and blood work is challenging for her to get through. We went to the Dynacare in Kemptville and waited 2 minutes in the waiting room. Andy did my daughter’s bloodwork and she was amazing! She’s very calm, gentle and kind l. My daughter barely felt the needle go in and it was over before she knew it. It was such a positive experience. Thank you Andy!
