Had my daughter go in today to get her blood work done she is soooo nervous and scared of needles, we had Curtis and he did absolutely amazing!! He is sooooo good at talking kids through it even through the screaming and tears he was calm and collective and got it done! Thank you so much Curtis for taking on my screaming toddler without any frustration! We really appreciate it :) (thank you also to the other girl that helped hold her hand and helped talk her through it!)

Little point in using Net Checkin This is the second time I have used this service, arrived 10 before my scheduled time only to find my wait time is almost two hours. I am told it is because of shortage of staff. Then, as I wait my time varies in large amounts disproportionate to the number of staff. Staff us pleasant, but Net Checkin is a waste of time.
