I have always been happy with the care I've received from Bracebridge Dynacare BUT I have been trying to phone in to inquire if they may have my healthcard...phone hasn't been answered in 2 days ! How do I reach them without going in there ???
Rudest reception I have ever encountered at a medical facility. It seemed like it was my fault there was a 2 hour wait list for walk ins. Asking for an appointment for an even nastier response Don't do appointments. When asked about any other service provider for blood work, the response was Orillia -, Google it. Definitely not impressed by BB dynacare.
Every time I've been to this Dynacare lab, the efficiency stands out. Even when it has been crowded, the staff is well organized, so the wait time isn't too long. Plus all the technicians who take my blood are courteous and downright friendly.
